Simple Yoga Poses

Yoga exercises can be done anywhere, without having to have an instructor. With yoga your body will feel relaxed and comfortable. You can do it at home, no need to elaborate, you only have to set up mattresses and Leotard are comfortable for you to wear when doing yoga. In order to obtain satisfactory result, do the movements of yoga four times a week. These simple movements you can do at home. 

1. Mountain Pose
   This movement helps you breathe more stable and calm. Stand   with both hands in front of chest, closing the widening both feet parallel to hip, and the take a deep breath and remove it slowly, it could also by lifting one leg to train the body’s balance.

2. Upward Hand Pose
   Help stretch the front part of the body such as the abdomen, chest, shoulders, and hips. Drag the breath in deeply, and then make both of your hand upwards. This movement should be conducted in a quiet and tranquil place, as well as the light dimmed, as this will help to make your mind more relaxed.

3. Standing Forward Bend

4. Half-standing Forward Bend
