Man in the world is born with all the differences. There is a tall, skinny, short, plump and others. Okay, how about yourself? Whether you fall into the category of women who have a body fat? 1. Avoid Tight clothing
    Clothes that are too tight will only make a dent in your body more clearly visible. And also the tight clothes will feel so crowded, and it can make your blood flow becomes less lancer, even to breathe became congested.

2. Avoid Patterned Clothing Overload
    It would be nice for those of you who purchased fat not to wear clothes that have a motive too crowded and great. It aims to make your body look no more width. 3. Colour of Garments

     If you belong to a fat lady, would look great if you wear clothing patterned vertical lines. Why? Because this will make your body leaner and taller impressed. 5. Skirt
