Care For Dry Hair

You are proud to have dry hair? Of course not, dry hair as being the monstrous shadows for every woman. Every woman will definitely crave for healthy hair, smooth and moist, especially for women with beauty, health and hygiene. Care for dry hair in order to be fresh, soft and smooth is not difficult. You only need the craft and the patience to get results. The following tips that we provide:

  1. Hot, Friends or Enemies
The heat is in fact the best way to get the look slick and  smooth. But you need to protect your hair from the hair straightener and dryer. Apply hair styling cream to avoid the heat when your hair is wet. If you have healthy hair and smooth your hair styling tool is set to low.

  2. Cut the ends of the hair
Trim ends of hair every six to eight weeks, especially if you often use heat tools on a regular basis. But don't cut your hair at home yourself, because a less sharp scissors will damage the ends of your hair even further.

  3. Jojoba or Coconut Oil
If your hair is very dry, try using jojoba or coconut oil. Rubbing a few drops onto damp hair and leave on for a few minutes. Clean the oil washing using shampoo and conditioner.

  4. Prepare your hair when going to sleep
Remove tangled hair before you sleep by combing your hair. Combing the hair also helps spread the oil from your scalp. If your hair is long, twist your hair into a loose bun, tuck the end under and fasten with hairpins. If your hair is short, sleep on asilk pillowcase. This caused a bit of friction with your hair.

  5. Don’t damage our hair with chemicals
Chemicals reduce natural moisture to hair and weakens the hair strands. Chemical treatments if you do too much, then your hair will turn dull and frizzy.

  6. Honey and Olive Oil
Combine the honey and olive oil of the same size in a small bowl. It may be tempting to sizzle in the meal, but this one for your hair. Rubbing the mask evenly throughout the hair and then wrap it in plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Then wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Do it once a month, or every week.

  7. Diet For Hair
Eat lots of salmon, avocado and olive oil. The food is filled with deposits of essential fatty acids that can moisten a dry scalp with natural oils. Don't go on a diet to the extreme, because your body will be starved of essential nutrients needed to produce healthy hair.
